I want to share my experience with Yespoho!
I am not at all happy. On 26th August, 2021, I received my product worth 1890/-. I was not satisfied with the product so I returned the product on 31st August.
As I have paid membership fees, I can get refund for the product. The staff told me that they tried for refund but it is not happening. So I decided to purchase another product. But now the problem is that they're neither credited the amount in my wallet so that I can purchase the product by myself nor they're responding or helping me buy another product. I placed request for exchange as per their guidance, the very next day it was declined! Almost 4 months have passed but my problem is still lingering.
What to do now??
Can anyone help me please?
