    Cleaning your skin.

    Step 01:

    Before bed, it is very essential to remove dust particles, dead skin cells, unwanted makeup from your skin. As you can’t sleep with all the unwanted particles your skin will feel heavy. Dirty skin routine can also cause pimple and other skin diseases.

    Wash your face with organic face wash. Use cleanser or face wash to remove dirt, makeup and excess oil from the skin. Washing your face before bed is one of the basic tips that every grandma gives. The main and basic step for healthy skin is how you clean your skin.

    Massage with beauty oil.

    Step 02: 

    Once the cleaning process is done next we need to moisturise the clean skin. Massage your face with any beauty oil or aloe vera gel which is rich with Vitamins E and vitamins A. Massaging the skin for a few minutes will improve blood circulation and make skin healthy. 

    Grandma says to put on your favourite song and let your fingers dance on the beats. Massage the skin for a few minutes and then you can go for sleep with clean skin. In the morning you will surely feel fresh like a rose. With that shine on your skin, you will feel happy inside out.

    Moisturizing sensitive areas.

    Step 03: 

    For the night care skin routine, along with these steps moisturise the sensitive parts of your face. Grandma says it is important to add an extra layer of the Alovera gel on the lips and under the eye area.

    Closes your eyes and massages gently the aloe vera gel under your eyes in a clockwise direction. With the lip just apply the gel-like any lip blam and you are ready for bed.

    Cleaning your skin

    Step 01:

    The first step of any skincare is ‘cleaning the skin’. Start the day by applying the face wash according to your skin type. Massage your skin for a few minutes and wash it off.

    Scrubbing is the next step in the process. Using the natural scrub twice in a week can result in glowing skin. Scrub removes the dead cells and cleans the skin intensely. 

    Adding little milk or rose water and scrubbing for 1-2 minutes. In case for better results let it dry(like a mask) wash it off with cold water.

    Moisturizing your skin.
