Yes!poho Care

  •

Yespoho, a social impact-based platform works to improve the livelihood and socio-economic conditions of artisans. The platform has over 10,000 artisans and works directly with weavers and artisans across PAN India. The past 15 months have been incredibly challenging for all of us. Where most of us have been fighting for oxygen, hospital beds, others were fighting for food. Due to the lack of knowledge about COVID, most of the people were not able to take care of them properly.

Since last year everything has changed. Where last year it was just about the basic necessity this year it has come to the lowest of the medical. We feel miserable to see all these people die due to a lack of basic medicines, food and oxygen. With all your support we distributed the food and helped our artisan and weaver community last year and we can’t thank you enough.

But this year when the covid wave hit dense we have come forward to help again but this time we need your more support. Yespoho is conducting a medical aid drive to purchase 1,000 basic medical kits consisting of the following- A thermometer (Rs 250/unit), An oximeter (Rs 750/Unit), A strip of Paracetamol (Rs 30/Unit). The total cost of each medical kit including shipping and taxes includes Rs1,200/Kit.

The covid wave that hit previous years was nothing that we are seeing today. We feel all the pain, and make sure we do everything to help. Previous year only we distributed the food and helped our artisan and weaver community all possible because of your constant support.

We will expand this drive to include webinars and distribute pamphlets to raise awareness. Yespoho will also be providing a list of vaccination centres that our artisan communities can register. We talk to our partners and about the Covid symptoms, home isolation and yes!poho medical drive.

Losing your loved one is the heaviest feeling and knowing that we could have saved someone if we come together and fight together. These are the hardest times when most people have lost their loved ones and are still fighting. As Always, Yes!poho likes to thank you for your contribution and for your constant support. We hope and pray that you and your loved ones are safe at home and looking forward to all coming together and coming out of this together, soon.

We will fight this together! Stay well, Take care!
